Our R&D department includes system structural engineering, control software engineering, and performance engineering capabilities. We create over 35 heat pump and HVAC patents with our expertise. Each system layout is being thoroughly designed, reviewed, and tested by our engineering team. Because our products sell to many parts of the world with many unknowing environmental aspects, we ensure each system can reliably and stably operate in any condition.
Warmhouse offers 3 national standard heat pump laboratories for testing our products during the pre-product development and post-product improvement performance testing. With our biggest 50HP laboratory we can test heat pump up to 200kW of heating capacity, which makes us capable of fully testing both residential and commercial product system performance before launching them to the market.
Furthermore, we are planning on adding 2 10HP labs and 1 acoustic lab to extend our product testing ability to a higher level.
Currently, all of our production lines are linked to MES 2.0 system which allows us to record and track every key process detail along the product life circle. Through MES 2.0, we can monitor the production progress and rate of defective of each product inside our system, so that we can make adjustments and arrangements right on time.
In addition, we execute the QR code system on every product we made. Each barcode contains the manufacturer information, product detail, test report, and packaging images, this not only helps us track down manufacturing details of each product, but also saves your time when a product involves after-sales services.
One of Warmhouse’s advantage is we can customize and manufacture electrical boards. We have 4800㎡ PCBA workhop that is dedicated for manufacturing DC fan motors and electrical boards.
Along with our inverter driver board solutions, we have the ability of customizing and manufacturing control system for any heat pump products.
It is important to maintain a consistent product quality when producing 30,000+ units every year. That is why we take advantage of the technology and use online testing functions in our testing stands on the production line.
For the commercial product assembly line, we have 6 testing stands which allow us to test 6 units at a time. For the residential product assembly line, we can test up to 12 units at a time to ensure maximum efficiency and turnover. All product data will be uploaded to the server for instant review and analysis, that is how we track the ensure their quality before handing them to the customers.

That is why we use 100% recycled canton boxes and ECO-ink for all the finished product packaging. This extends to our warehouse packaging and management process, we reuse all packaging boxes and pallets to the maximum so all the same materials and components are very easy to locate and transport.
